When the weather starts turning wintry, and it’s cold and dark-ish, and I want some motivation to get out and run…I love this video of the Dark Peak Fell Runners. Every time I watch this, I wish I had known about this and moved to Sheffield when I was 25 years old, so I could join this club and fly around the hills with them!
If I couldn’t move to Sheffield and run the English fells, at least I could go run through the mud in Up and Over or in Rancho down Wildcat or head out to Quicksilver (ask coach for directions, Quicksilver a 20 minute drive from Cupertino and a muddy, epic run!).
Watch this, and tell me you are not inspired to get out there for a good, wet, muddy run!
