We all need to find our own way…but it’s easier when we journey together.  Winter break is tough on track athletes, we are just starting to get rolling when our schedule changes.  Try to keep your training momentum going; you will be grateful when we have our first meet on March 1 when we host Mt. View!

Your coaches have scheduled time for workouts during break…here is the information.  All these workouts are optional, we do not require you to be there during break…but this is highly, highly recommended.

Sprinters and Hurdlers:  Monday through Friday at 4pm with Coach Curtis, Coach Tyler and Coach Isaiah

Jumpers:  Both Saturdays at 3pm, and Monday through Friday at 1:30pm with Coach Samantha

Throwers:  Monday through Friday at 9am with Coach Emma

Distance:  Both Saturdays, and Monday through Friday, at 8am; Coach Ashley will be with you both Saturdays, and Coach Johnson is planning to be with you on Wednesday morning.  The rest of the days will be OYO (Coach Flatow is traveling back East to visit alumni and the Centennial Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships)

Physical Training:  Coach Irina plans to be at MV on Monday and Friday at 4pm.  If you need to see her for any issues, plan to come then!  Coach Irina will also come at any other time she can IF YOU GET FIVE ATHLETES that want to work with her.  Karena Lai has Coach Irina’s contact information, if you want to arrange a group session to work on issues, talk to each other and Karena now (or meet with Irina directly this Friday)
