As promised, Coach Flatow will be giving a lunchtime seminar on goal setting on Wednesday, April 25 in the Leadership Room.

We are going to talk about the process of setting appropriate goals and how to to put together a plan to achieve these goals.  While we are going to focus on track & field goals, the process we will use is applicable to other parts of your life–academics, life-goals such as college, or work goals.  The goal setting process we will discuss is similar to what is used in many corporate settings (Coach Flatow adapted this goal setting process from what was used at Flextronics), and some of the features were inspired from talks with friend of MV running, Josh Cox.
