Athletes!  In one week we are back together again!  I am very excited…

Please remember that this Thursday, August 4, at 9am you should bring your Physical Forms A & B complete to Mr. Bonacorsi at the Monta Vista trainer’s room.  You should have your on-line clearance information complete (clearance instructions here) and you should have completed your on-line concussion protocol (concussion instructions here).  The concussion protocol will take thirty uninterrupted minutes according to Andy Ma, so give yourself time.

If you cannot come to see Mr. Bonacorsi, have a friend take your physical forms A and B in for you on Thursday, and complete all the on-line stuff, and you will be ready to go the first day of practice.  Please don’t just ignore this and figure you can take care of this later, you will be wasting your teammates’ time next week!
