De La Salle Meet Sheet!

The meet sheet for De La Salle is now posted!  Take a look and get prepared.

There is a complete GoPro video on line of three athletes jogging the course…useful for athletes to prepare, and parents, if you wanted to see the complete course your kids will run, take a look!

Live results should be available on race day from Diablo Timing.

Like Lagoon Valley, there will be a bus available.  If you would like to ride on the bus, please bring a check for $25 made out to Monta Vista ASB.

For fun…back in 2013 we ran this race.  As the varsity girls race started, rain started to dump on us (remember what rain was like?).  It was raining incredibly hard…and the downslope from the hill got incredibly slippery!  Check out this video of the varsity girl leaders coming down that hill…including Monta Vista’s own Bridget Gottlieb in 5th and Jenny Xu in 8th.  (I sent this video to the Johns Hopkins head coach who was recruiting Bridget at the time, and he loved it!)
