Gosh I can’t wait to see you but at the same time I can’t believe our summer is almost over. Two weeks from now we are back together for our first official 2025 practice!

Let’s start wrapping up everyone’s athletic clearance. If you don’t have your annual physical done, I hope you have your appointment for the week of July 28. If you don’t have an appointment, I suggest your ask your parents to take you to a CVS that does physicals, or to an urgent care/walk in clinic this week. Mr. Bonacorsi is going to be checking everyone off this week, and I cannot clear you–showing up with your physical in your hand for me does not work. So please get your physical and upload it this week if you have not done this already! Also, if you have not completed your concussion baseline, do that this week. If there is a problem, you don’t want to be in the same queue to fix this as all the other athletes at MV. Here is where you can see all the runners who have started the process–and six are fully cleared and have been added to the 2025 roster–thank you to everyone! Please get this started…even if you don’t have your physical yet, it’s helpful to knock out the forms. Please!
