This coming Tuesday September 9, MVXC will run this race for the first time and that means…PRs for everyone 🙂
Seriously, this should be a flat, fast and fun race. After the hills at Lagoon Valley it will be fun to run something quick! Take some chances, move a bit faster in the middle of the race than is comfortable for you, you might surprise yourself!
Remember that you need to work out your own transportation–this is so we minimize the missed class time. You might look around in your 6th period class for other MVXC runners and offer them a ride if your parents are picking you up…it’s a nice thing to do.
