It is time to start thinking about the 2015 Cross Country Season! Come meet during lunch time (12:40-1:25) on Wednesday, May 20, and let’s talk about plans for 2015 and what we should be doing over the summer to prepare.
What you do over the summer will, to a large extent, determine how you and the team will perform during the fall season. Summer running can be a lot of fun–you should train, not strain!–yet it is important to be persistent, consistent and diligent. Let’s talk about the different options and help you put together a plan for the summer that will be fun, and get you the results you want during XC season.
