I was cleaning out email from the season, and thought I’d give out links to a couple videos that are pretty fun…
First, here is Coach Erica’s Jump Squad video from the awards banquet. Coach Erica always does such a great job on these videos, this video is worth another viewing!
Second, here is a video done by the Homestead throwers, with cameos from our own Emma and Kiersten…for all of you that are thinking of getting in the weight room with Coach Andy Arness this summer, this video will give you an introduction into what you are in for! Being in the weight room with Coach Andy is a lot of work and a lot of fun too. Remember that these are all throwers–the workouts will be modified for sprinters and jumpers but you will be in the same weight room! MV, this might give you ideas for some videos to document your own training journey 🙂
