Here are a couple videos of Monta Vista’s friend Josh Cox that should help you get pumped up for the start of the 2014 track season, and get ready to put in some effort!

The first video shows one of Josh’s workouts a while back–a 15 mile tempo run!  It’s an amazing thing to watch…look at the support he gets from his teammates…and notice the attention and planning that goes into the preparation and the recovery.  This is an athlete who sees the value of long, hard tempo training runs!

The second video is an interview with Josh after he set the USA 50km record.  I like what he says about personal records, titles and getting in the record book.
