One week prior to the Central Coast Section Championship meet, MVXC looked sharp in a pair of Saturday workouts, morning and afternoon. The Monta Vista Varsity Girls looked particularly amoeba-ready with some blazing splits and team running at practice. Both boys and girls look great after a season of hard work and focused training! What a team!
