Wait, what? Have a great run, get fit, and money back for Monta Vista Track and Cross Country?
Yep!
The 38th Annual Great Race–four miles from Saratoga to Los Gatos–will be held on Sunday, April 26. The race is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Los Gatos, and benefits a wide variety of great causes.
In 2015, anyone can run and designate Monta Vista Running as our organization, and 20% of your entry fee will come back as a donation to Monta Vista cross country/track & field! Yes, that’s right–you get a wonderful Sunday morning run, a great technical t-shirt, snacks afterwards–and 20% of your entry fee will benefit our teams!
Please ask parents, friends, everyone to consider running. Athletes, even if your training plan does not call for you racing this, a four mile jog-walk is a good Sunday morning activity. Parents, consider getting a group together at your company to run together and support MVTF/MVXC, or get your neighbors or friends to come along with you. This is a great way to get in shape or have a fun race while benefiting the community in general and our team in particular.
